Pricing questions
- How are payments handled?
- Stripe hosts checkout and stores payment credentials. CV Forge receives subscription and invoice status, not your complete card number.
- Does the plan renew?
- Paid plans renew annually unless you cancel through the Stripe billing portal before renewal.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Open Billing in your account and use “Manage billing.” Access normally continues until the end of the paid term.
- What payment methods are available?
- Stripe displays the payment methods available for your location and the configuration active at checkout.
- What if I paid by mistake?
