Acceptable Use Policy
Use CV Forge lawfully, honestly, and in a way that respects candidates, employers, other users, and the reliability of the Service.
You may not
- submit false, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, or rights-infringing content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent qualifications, employment, identity, or authority;
- upload or share another person’s personal information without appropriate authority or consent;
- scrape, harvest, enumerate, or systematically collect accounts, public resume links, or personal data;
- probe, bypass, disable, or overload authentication, rate limits, access controls, payment controls, or security mechanisms;
- introduce malware, malicious files, automated spam, or code intended to disrupt the Service;
- resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized shared access to an account; or
- use AI features to make unlawful employment decisions or as the sole basis for decisions that materially affect a person.
Recruiter responsibilities
Recruiters must use candidate data only for authorized recruiting and resume-support purposes, honor candidate instructions and permissions, maintain confidentiality, and comply with applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.
Enforcement
We may throttle, remove content, restrict sharing, suspend access, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent harm. Contact support if you believe an account or shared resume is being misused.
